Taking the first step to reach out for support can be so difficult and intimidating! At the beginning, we will spend some time getting to know one another and ensure we both feel we are a good fit for you.
Typically, multiple different treatment modalities/approaches are needed as we work together to meet your goals. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the fundamentals of self-compassion, mindfulness and overall helping clients become more curious about one's present-moment experience. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients define and cultivate a fulfilling life of their choice.

Session and Fee information
Sessions are generally 50-minutes. In certain situations, sessions can be shortened or lengthened to meet treatment needs.
I offer in-person sessions at my office in East Nashville or virtual sessions to clients in Tennessee or Viriginia.
Fee is comparable to market standard for Nashville, TN
Do you bill my insurance for payment?
Unfortunately, I am not in-network with any insurance companies and have found that insurance companies tend to dictate treatment frequency and duration. It is my preference to work one-on-one with clients to determine a treatment plan that works to meet your therapeutic goals.
I can provide you with a superbill, which is the documentation needed to file out-of-network claims with your insurance company.
